HOLIDAY RETURNS (ELIGIBLE NOV 12 - JAN 15) 

To return an item purchased during our holiday window, please follow the steps below so we may process your return and issue a refund as quickly as possible. Orders placed between November 12th and December 24th are eligible for our extended holiday return window. To initiate a return, the purchaser or gift recipient must contact us with their order number by January 15th.

  1. Include a note with your name, order number, and email address in the box. Returned merchandise can be refunded to the original form of payment, or a digital gift card can be issued. Please include your preference in the box with your note containing the order information, or contact our customer service team at hello@portlandleathergoods.com for additional help.  
  1. Re-package the item(s) as close as you can to how it arrived. The item(s) should be stuffed with paper, if applicable, and wrapped in tissue paper to protect the leather surface from the scratchy edges of the box. Totes should have the handles tucked inside the tote for safe keeping. Small items also being returned can simply be nested inside the tote.
  1. Use a large enough box so the item(s) does not need to be scrunched to fit inside the packaging. Using a package too small to accommodate the item can damage the product and render it ineligible for a full refund.
  1. Using any carrier you like, mail your return to:

*We do not cover return shipping and original shipping charges are not eligible for refund. 
*There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable), such as an item not in its original condition, being damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
