The Leather
Our U.S.-sourced oil tanned leather is incredibly easy to care for. With time and use, the natural oils in the leather will rise to the surface, developing a beautiful patina and smoothing any scuffs or scratches that may have accumulated. Learn more about caring for your new leather product.
Our full-grain leather is the strongest and most durable available, and the unique texture and natural imperfections from the cow’s life have not been sanded, cut or shaved off. Full-grain is SIX times stronger than Buffed, Upholstery or Genuine leather.
Please note that our pebbled leather, like all of our leather, is a natural product. You may notice changes in grain or texture throughout your bag. Other companies artificially press a pebble texture into their leather. However, the pebbling of our leather is achieved naturally through an extra tumbling process which leaves some areas of the hide smoother than others.
SMALL: Great for those that travel light on the daily – it can fit a water bottle, snacks, book, wallet, and sunglasses comfortably. Measures 10” wide across the base, 13” wide across the top, 4.5” deep and 11.5” tall.
MEDIUM: Can fit a water bottle, snacks, a book, wallet, sunglasses and a 13” Macbook snugly. Measured 10.5” wide across the base, 15” wide across the top, 5.5” deep, and 12” tall.
LARGE: Fits a water bottle, snacks, book, wallet, sunglasses, back-up shirt, and a 15” Macbook snugly. Measures 11” wide across the base, 18” wide across the top, 6” deep, and 12” tall.
OVERSIZED: Fits all that plus a pair of jeans and a larger laptop comfortably. Measures 13.5” wide across the base, 21” wide across the top, 6” deep, and 13” tall.
The drop length for all of our handles is 10.5” regardless of the size of the tote, and suits most!

I love this color so much! I have all the Tote sizes but I feel the small one is the perfect size for me and the zipper is an added bonus.
I purchased the Almost Perfect Leather Tote Bag in Size Large and in the Storm-Tan color. The gray is absolutely beautiful! The large size is perfect for my needs and I can fit my laptop/portfolio easily if I have a work meeting.
I also got the Almost Perfect Women's Trifold Wallet and Utility Bag in Honey and found that color matched well with the tote's straps.
I got the Oversized Tote bag in Dakota with Grizzly straps. It is so soft, I love how it will show how much it’s used and well loved. I can’t wait to order another one in the Grizzly color.
Oversized Dakota is definitely large and will carry everything you need, thats for sure. And I love the darker handles on her. And pairs so well with my Dakota Poppy Purse.
Since I’ve earned a little help from PLG due to my handbag addiction, I took advantage of an early November deal to score a twin to my honey tote in this dark lovely. It’s perfect, whatever disqualified it from perfect status isn’t immediately obvious. I’m done for a while, although they’re really such useful and beautiful accessories that it’s tempting to buy more colors. And I have 2 of the mini crossbody bags which I love too. No regrets!! :)
