Our U.S. sourced leather is incredibly easy to care for. With time and use, the natural oils in the leather will rise to the surface, developing a beautiful patina and smoothing any scuffs or scratches that may have accumulated. Learn more about caring for your new leather product.
Full Grain: Our full-grain and gently brushed leathers are among the strongest and most durable available, and the unique texture and natural imperfections from the cow’s life have not been removed. These marks are proof that the leather will become more beautiful with age.
Pebbled: Please note that our pebbled leather, like all of our leather, is a natural product. You may notice changes in grain or texture throughout your bag. Other companies artificially press a pebble texture into their leather. However, the pebbling of our leather is achieved naturally through an extra tumbling process which leaves some areas of the hide smoother than others.

I love the cross-body Mini Bucket Bag. Small but mighty - it can fit several pairs of glasses, a water bottle, cell phone, small notepad, etc... - or it looks great with just my wallet and phone.
The quality of the leather is excellent. Smells great. The look is classic.
It has a small interior pocket, but anything I put in there, like chapstick, shows a bulge on the outside of the bag. I wouldn't mind a few pockets for organizing or holding smaller items like keys, chapstick, earrings, breath mints, or whatever I need to get my hands on quickly without searching.
This is my first purchase with PLG, but it won't be the last.
The smell omg is amazing! It’s the perfect size and it’s slouchy(which that is what I wanted) it’s light weight and hold much more than you would think! Only thing I wish the strap was shorter it’s really long probably meant for the cross body but I like to wear mine on my shoulder but other than that it’s perfect!
I decided to try this style and was pleasantly surprised. So far I am liking in. Love the Lagoon color.
It was love at first sight when I opened the box of my first PLG purchase less than a year ago. The mini bucket bag in nutmeg. An absolute beauty! The size was perfect, as was the adjustable and comfortable cross body strap, the gorgeous pebbled leather in the most striking nutmeg color, the thickness of the leather, the cute cinched drawstring, oh and the smell!! Since then I’ve purchased 5 additional totes in various sizes (as well as several smaller bags for within bags) all in nutmeg! But everyone needs a little black leather bag too, right? Right! So I recently added the pebbled black mini bucket to my collection. It’s almost as beautiful as the nutmeg, and I’m in love all over again!
I bought the large bucket bag as a birthday present for my mom. She just received it today and loves it! Loves the color! Loves the feel of the leather! Loves the size! She can’t wait to show it off to her crowd!
I love the Bucket Bag — it’s cute shape, drawstring, and space. The small bucket holds more than you would think, & the large holds as much as a Medium Crossbody Tote. Some people do not like the drawstring opening, but I do — it’s fun to slide open and closed. I don’t usually cinch it tight; leaving it slightly open does make it easier to get in/out of. The inside pocket fits my cell phone nicely.
I posted photos of my Sedona Large Bucket next to her little sister, the Sedona Small Bucket. I also included photos of other buckets I have bought, for myself or others, In Pomegranate, Lagoon, and Eucalyptus. Those 3 are all small.
I do wish that the strap was detachable. Crossbody bags, especially full, heavy ones, are more comfortable with a wider strap. Right now, another strap can be attached, but the leather strap would need to be tucked inside the bag.
