My usual color is cognac, but I decided to go for a lighter color. My “almost perfect” envelope in honey fit the bill! It did have a thin spot in the wristlet strap and some markings, but I don’t mind at all! It holds so much! I was looking for something lighter (in both color and weight) to carry during the spring and summer months as I travel some for work. The envelope crossbody holds the same, if not more than my mini metro thanks to the card slots eliminating the need for a wallet. I’ve yet to be disappointed in PLG and I don’t think I ever will be.
I absolutely love my envelope cross body! I had a different wallet style cross body the past 4 years that I used constantly since it fit in my larger bag and I'd pull it out when I wanted just a few items not the whole bag. Unfortunately, it was cloth and eventually wore out, faded, ripped, etc. I'm really hoping this investment in a quality leather product lasts well beyond 3-4 years of use. The inside raw hide is really soft. The smooth and flexible (once broken in) outside leather makes for the perfect bag to fit some credit cards, ID, cash, car keys, chapstick, pen and cell phone!!
