I'm glad I ordered the Almost Perfect Tote Backpack in Cognac. It's worth the money for quality leather that will last. With a few modifications, I'd pay more for it to be a 5⭐ PERFECT tote backpack.
Pros: quality leather, smooth finish and Cognac color are classic, durable for every day use, zippers slide easily, comfortable to wear, stands up by itself, top loop works well for hanging in up
Cons: front pocket is slim and I could only slide my phone or other flat/thin items in it, only a single pocket inside that's also slim, no band to tuck excess strap length, top is narrower than the bottom and doesn't have any depth to easily get things in and out
Suggestions: a key loop inside, a pocket on the back with vertical zipper opening for security, having the same depth and width from bottom to top for better access
Almost Perfect: the top zipper isn't sewn straight so it's wavy, but it functions just fine and doesn't bother me, so it was definitely worth the discount
I had been looking for a backpack for a while but wanted something bright and durable. This one is perfect! It fits well and looks great.
I love my aqua tote backpack! She is so pretty, look at all the color variations in the leather, it looks like water. I always get many compliments when I use her. People always ask me, “where did you get your backpack?” And I always say proudly, “it’s a PLG, Portland Leather Goods.”
I've been eyeing something in aqua for a while and took the leap with some Treet credit and the AP sale. I was nervous because aqua has had color variation between a bright, rich blue and a muted grey-blue, but I got the exact color I wanted! Only downsides are that the bag is a little heavy and that there isn't anywhere to tuck the long straps.
I've been waiting for the Foxglove color to come back in! I already bought the Laptop backpack in Honey and it goes everywhere....but having the smaller one will be nice for quick trips. Plus my laptop fits in this one also.
Bought a little sushi hand sani holder and it matches perfectly.
