Refund Week is a limited-time promotional event where each day we randomly select 10 U.S. customers to receive a full refund on their order, including cart total, shipping, and tax.
A purchase is required to be eligible for a refund drawing.
We randomly select 10 eligible U.S. customers per day during the Refund Week promotional period.
Winners are selected using a randomized process from all qualifying orders placed that day.
If selected, your refund will include:
- The full cart subtotal
- Shipping
- Tax
Points or store credit used will be returned to your account.
To qualify:
- You must place an order during Refund Week
- Your shipping address must be in the United States
Yes , AP and Premium items are eligible to be included in Refund Week orders.
However: Premium items receive 30% off only when the designated code is applied.
No.
Orders cannot be combined for eligibility, shipping, or refund purposes.
Each order is treated separately.
Yes.
Each qualifying order counts as a separate entry, so placing multiple eligible orders increases your chances of being selected.
The following are not eligible:
- International orders
- Amazon purchases
- TikTok Shop purchases
Only qualifying U.S.-based orders placed directly through our retail stores, website, or app (if confirmed eligible) are included.
Winners are contacted directly via email.
Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of the winners being selected and verified. Timing may vary slightly depending on order volume and staffing.
*Purchase is required to be considered. The odds of receiving a refund are approximately 1:187. The refund will include purchase price, shipping and sales tax. The customer will be notified immediately of refund via email within 24 hours. Valid US only.
