You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in new condition.

Holiday orders placed between Nov 11th–Dec 25th, 2025 can be returned through Jan 31st, 2026.

Please pack your items the same way they arrived, wrapped and/or stuffed with tissue and handles tucked (if applicable), so they travel safely back to us. If an item arrives damaged, missing parts not due to our error, or not in its original condition, a partial refund or return denial may apply.

Mystery Boxes, E-Gift Cards, and anything marked Final Sale can’t be returned or exchanged.


In-Store Returns

  • Online orders: Bring unused items within 30 days of delivery with your order number for a quick refund.

  • Store purchases: Eligible for in-store return or exchange with receipt within 30 days.


Return Shipping Fees

Original shipping and package protection fees are non-refundable.

  • Orders under $300 (without Package Protection): a flat-rate return fee applies.
    • Under 1 lb → $6.95
    • 1+ lb → $14.95
  • Orders $300+: label fees vary by size and weight.

  • Orders with Package Protection & Free Returns get a free return label, full product refund, and optional home pickup (for an added fee).


Refunds & Merchandise Credit

  • Refunds: Issued to your original payment method once your return is received and processed.

  • Merchandise Credit: Sent by email as a digital gift card once your return is scanned in transit (valid for one year).
