Why do you use leather with prominent character marks in the first place?
We only qualify Almost Perfect in terms of cosmetic irregularities that have absolutely no impact on the quality or durability of our products. Rather, we figured that it'd be a shame to waste such beautiful and functional leather, so we decided to sell it at a discounted price.
What type of imperfection will I get with this bag?
Each of our Almost Perfect bags is one of a kind! While we can't say for sure which one you'll receive, some common character marks our customers find are pebbling and color variation, scars and striations, or a stitch out of place. That being said, rest assured that none of these "imperfections" will impact the functionality of the bag in any way!
What if I don't love my Almost Perfect bag?
Everything from our Almost Perfect collection (excluding Mystery Box bundles) falls under our usual return policy. For more detailed information, visit our Returns page.
Please note that our pebbled leather, like all of our leather, is a natural product. You may notice changes in grain or texture throughout your bag. Other companies artificially press a pebble texture into their leather. However, the pebbling of our leather is achieved naturally through an extra tumbling process which leaves some areas of the hide smoother than others.

Rather than call Customer Service and cancel one I decided since this was my first mystery box I would just go ahead and keep the other one. I assumed (unfortunately) that I would get completely different "littles". Wrong everything except for the color of the Monaco was exactly the same. Same colors and everything. I was so disappointed. Meh.

This is a great addition to the mystery boxes! I love the Monaco
I live a good mystery box. All items were perfect condition. The Monaco that I received was in a color that is not currently available, which makes it all the more special.
Love that I was able to snag one of these boxes when they appeared briefly on the PLG app. The Monaco is one of my favorite bags and want to collect more colors!
I love the Monaco’s, such a pretty style. Can dress it up or down. I recommend it?
