Why do you use leather with prominent character marks in the first place?
We only qualify Almost Perfect in terms of cosmetic irregularities that have absolutely no impact on the quality or durability of our products. Rather, we figured that it'd be a shame to waste such beautiful and functional leather, so we decided to sell it at a discounted price.
What type of imperfection will I get with this bag?
Each of our Almost Perfect bags is one of a kind! While we can't say for sure which one you'll receive, some common character marks our customers find are pebbling and color variation, scars and striations, or a stitch out of place. That being said, rest assured that none of these "imperfections" will impact the functionality of the bag in any way!
What if I don't love my Almost Perfect bag?

Please note that our pebbled leather, like all of our leather, is a natural product. You may notice changes in grain or texture throughout your bag. Other companies artificially press a pebble texture into their leather. However, the pebbling of our leather is achieved naturally through an extra tumbling process which leaves some areas of the hide smoother than others.

Love this mystery box. My favorite bag is the Lola, so I ordered this mystery box. I received a morning glory Lola and she's beautiful. I really wanted a large Lucy but I received a small one. I still love it. And it's in cold brew. My littles were great as well. This is a great mystery box.

So, I accidentally ordered the wrong Mystery boyx. Totally on me, and I didn't realize until it was way too late. Well, someone, somewhere, was watching and said that because it wasn't the box I wanted, I should get the Best. Box. Ever. I've been wanting an actual purse in Wild Rose ever since I scored the Sally Sling. I literally have had the FSCB in my cart since it was offered. Trying to decide whether or not to take the plunge. I definitely don't need to now! Also, ever since I saw it appear in Mystery Boxes and C-Sales, I knew I had to have Golden Apple. But you can't just buy Golden Apple. So, even though the classic size Lola is way too small for me, I'm going to make it work. Somehow. This color is amazing! The littles are lovely, most of them not things I will use, but I will definitely be able to pass them on to people who will love them! A winning box, for sure!

Mystery Boxes are the perfect way for a newbie to try out a variety of styles to discover what they love. I was most attracted to the Lucy in this MB and was delighted to receive a size and color I was hoping for! And the small goods are always fun!
The top picks mystery box was AWESOME! Each item was something I would have picked on a shopping spree. I recently visited the Charlotte NC store to purchase a mystery box but was surprised that they can only be ordered online. Receiving the box a few weeks later was perfect!
