Beautiful Color: Fog Lake

I really love this color and the beautiful trees but I’m kind of underwhelmed with it as a whole. The flair holder part is a nice idea, but on a crossbody strap, it hangs the flair awkwardly on my chest. Switching it would put it on my back. That’s sort of odd too, but the better choice of the two? I’m glad I don’t have long hair.

Please don’t judge me for cutting off the original strap of my Cowboy Mint camera bag… but once I added this strap, there was simply no going back. This isn’t an accessory—it’s a lifetime commitment. The woodland strap has the power to elevate your bag to new heights. Purchased for my Scarlett sling in pebbled black. Bravery is required, as you will need to cut the OG strap off. Take a deep breath for this one, then snip snip. Like a fierce little Pokémon, you have evolved your bag to it's final form. She couldn't be cuter if she tried.
Bought this strap hoping to use with an older bag (pre-Portland! heaven forbid) and has given new life! Looks modern and fun now. Love the tree motif - reference to brand without screaming - which prolly brought us to Portland Leather in the first place. And of course I'll be using on my Portland bags too. Great width, comfortable for everyday or airport madness.
I purchased this one in an attempt to use it as a crossbody strap for my Boreal Firefly. It wasn’t close, BUT I did discover that it will work well with my Cowboy Blue Kangaroo (converting it over to a crossbody). Win!
The trees sold me on this strap. I purchased this strap to convert my Pine Moonshot into a crossbody style when I preferred that style of carry. It also allows me to swap out my carry strap on my MC Tote in Cowboy Mint.
