Best Rate orders will be shipped by FedEx and/or USPS. In some cases, orders may originate with FedEx Ground and be delivered by the U.S. Postal Service. 

A Bit Faster orders will be shipped by FedEx Home Delivery for most addresses. P.O. Boxes and military addresses will ship with USPS Priority. 

A Bit Faster with Confirmation orders will ship via "A Bit Faster", with a signature required on delivery.

When your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow along on your order's journey to you!

Please note, orders for 2 or more mystery boxes will incur a $10 surcharge per additional mystery box due to the size and weight of these selections.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Special Holiday Exchange/Return Window Extended until January 31st for all orders placed between November 1st and December 31st. Beat the crowd and shop early! The rest of our return policy still applies. Gift exchanges/returns can be initiated by either the gift giver or recipient via our online portal. For additional assistance, please reach out to our Customer Service team at hello@portlandleathergoods.com

START MY EXCHANGE OR RETURN

In order to exchange or return an item, you must visit the portal linked below and complete the process within 15 days of delivery (this window is extended around holidays). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in new condition. Bags should be returned as they were shipped, with tissue stuffed inside and handles carefully folded to avoid any damage. Footwear and hats must be returned in their original packaging. Bottom wear on shoes will not be accepted. There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable), such as an item not in its original condition, being damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

We will provide a prepaid return shipping label if you'd like to exchange your items or return them for store credit. If you prefer a refund to your original form of payment, your return will be subject to return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Mystery Boxes are final sale.

Please double check your color and size selections when exchanging items, exchange orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

* FOR PATINA FOOTWEAR:
To be eligible for a return, footwear and hats must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging. Bottom wear on shoes will not be accepted. In order to start a return, please click the link above and use our exchange and return portal. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and processed, you will receive an email notification and your refund will be issued immediately. Store credit refunds will be issued via digital gift card sent to your email address.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed after it arrives in our facility.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
Please note that it can take some banks 1-2 weeks to process your refund, so if your funds have not yet arrived in your account, please contact your bank or credit card company for more information. If your bank is unable to assist, please contact us at hello@portlandleathergoods.com
