Best Rate orders will be shipped by FedEx and/or USPS. In some cases, orders may originate with FedEx Ground and be delivered by the U.S. Postal Service. 

A Bit Faster orders will be shipped by FedEx Home Delivery for most addresses. P.O. Boxes and military addresses will ship with USPS Priority. 

When your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow along on your order's journey to you!

RETURNS

In order to return an item, you must complete the return process within 15 days from delivery (this window is extended around holidays). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in new condition.

Returned merchandise can be refunded to the original form of payment, or a digital gift card can be issued. There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable), such as an item not in its original condition, being damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* For Patina Footwear:
To be eligible for a return, footwear must be returned in the same condition it was sent and in its original packaging. Bottom wear on shoes will not be accepted. In order to start a return, you must contact us within 15 days of delivery and we will provide instructions and a prepaid return shipping label. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Each return is subject to an $8 restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund. We do not offer exchanges on footwear at this time.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund, if applicable, will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Processing time will depend on your method of payment and your bank’s policies.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again—it can take some banks 1-2 weeks to process. Please contact your bank or credit card company to ask when you can expect a refund to post.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We do allow exchanges for unused items. You must contact us within 15 days of delivery and we will provide instructions on how to proceed with an exchange. Send us an email at hello@portlandleathergoods.com and please include your order number.
