I did the trick where I zipped a van into my Adriana to stretch the leather when I first got it. After I could easily get the can in and out, I added a small bottle of advil.

I was hoping I could use the Adriana in my totes so that I could grab my essentials quickly and run into the store without the whole tote. It works great for my plan! I can fit my phone (it is a smaller model), a mini envelope, chapstick and my inhaler. I have a feeling it will stretch with some use and hopefully I can fit my pill box in there too. The indigo color is so gorgeous, and the leather is so very soft! I love it!
