We only qualify Almost Perfect in terms of cosmetic irregularities that have absolutely no impact on the quality or durability of our products. Rather, we figured that it'd be a shame to waste such beautiful and functional leather, so we decided to sell it at a discounted price.
What type of imperfection will I get with this bag?
Each of our Almost Perfect bags is one of a kind! While we can't say for sure which one you'll receive, some common character marks our customers find are pebbling and color variation, scars and striations, or a stitch out of place. I have Lolas with both zipper and snap closures. The snap is better. I don't care for PLG's zipper because it doesn't seal the bag, but leaves large gaps at each end. Instead, I use a zip canvas organizer on the inside. The shoulder straps also need replaced on every bag. Once these modifications are made, the Lola is a great little bag. I like it better than the crossbody mini because you can carry it at your elbow. The Sunkissed color goes with everything - I choose this bag when I'm too tired to think about coordinating an outfit. The color is stiff and retains a sophisticated look. I can dress my smooth leather Lolas up or down depending on the flair and strap (or no strap). This isn't something I feel I can do with the mini crossbody tote. Its squared shape makes getting into it easy when I need to.
Can't get enough of Night Owl!

I love this new bag! I have another N/S Lola (in fog) and love its vertical orientation. Did I need another one? No. But Night Owl wasn't available before and now I have started a company and our main color is navy blue. So obviously I had to get one. I ordered both the E/W and the N/S as peoples they love their E/Ws. I really liked them both, and thought maybe I should keep the E/W because I already have a N/S. So I test-packed the E/W and left in on display for me to look at each time I went into the room. And each time I thought "That does look good", but I was somehow secretly pining for the verticality instead. And the N/S had some great striations on the front pocket. So the N/S is my winner and I love her! Top view has a 13 in MacBook Air laptop sleeve, 2 LD planners (just in case), my stethoscope, my water bottle, a large LD pencil case in the bottom, then standing on top of that are a small eclipse and travel coffee mug.

Love this Dakota small Lola — the size is perfect for summer. I think in Fall id need something slightly bigger — but this is such a perfect companion for rompin around in jeans/with or wothout the lods. Love the structure and can dress it up or down!

I absolutely adore my Lola bag. The black pebbled color is my favorite so far (I have a few PLG’s bags). Her structured shell, and sleek color look perfect together. I always wear her crossbody, but the grab and go handles are good when I gotta run! She is the perfect size for me. I tend get too large if a bag, then stuff it painfully full, but she is smaller so that isn’t an issue. BUT she holds a surprising amount for being a more petite size. I love the inside and outside pocket slot and they hold my eyeglasses (inside) and my phone (iPhone 14 pro max- in the outside pocket). Yes the phone sticks out a little but I like that so I can easily slip it out to use. Lastly, I love the magnetic closure. I’m usually a zipper girl but the magnet keeps everything hidden. Anyway, just buy the Lola!

I love my Classic Lola Crossbody in Dragon Bone. The leather is beautiful and Lola is so versatile. All the things I carry fit with ease and don’t get lost in the bottom of the bag, with room left over if I need my Kindle or checkbook. Brushed leather is so easy to care for and smells so heavenly right out of the box. Dragon Bone is a versatile neutral!!

Lola is a perfect office goer’s bag. The straight lines, boxy shape gives it a formal look. It’s neither too big, nor too small, has just the right amount of space to hold your wallet, phone, keys, sunglasses, a small water bottle, and even a knitted cardigan. And almond color is a neutral lover’s dream. Overall very happy with Lola, she is gonna be a longtime companion.

Can't believe I waited so long to try this style. It's very classy and timeless but also comfortable and functional. This batch of honey leather is sooo soft and I can tell it's going to age beautifully. I do wish the pockets were slightly deeper but that's just personal preference. Still a really fantastic bag!
3RD Time’s a Charm♥️

This is the third time I have ordered this bag. First Lola was in Night Owl, she landed at my daughter’s house and is yet to return 😉😊 Second Lola was in Green Apple, I was able to get her out and about. I did NOT remember to leave her in the car while making a quick stop at my Mom’s. Apple stayed at Nonnie’s to keep her company. Finally a Lola for me❣️ My Nutmeg Lola is everything I had hoped for. I love this color and its squishyness. This style is obviously generationally appealing😊 I’m keeping a close eye on this beautiful Pal. PLG does not disappoint ‼️

Ordered the Classic Lola in Nutmeg and I'm loving it! I like that the bag has some structure, but that it's still puddly and soft. The strap is plenty long enough for this plus size girl and I love that the handles are little bit longer than on the mini and medium Crossbodies. The bag itself is more than generous enough for all of my everyday essentials (i.e., two sets of keys, book, large wallet, foldable shoping tote, and a little of small items). I can tell that it will age well and that I will keep it in my rotation for many years to come. Thank you PLG!

I'm obsessed with the Lola. I love the magnetic snap closure, and I find the style really chic and cute at the same time as being very functional. Please make many more colors of this! I already own Sunkissed (picture attached) and Westward Blue.
This is a good event bag for me. I adore the red leather it is incredibly vibrant. The leather wears nicely and quickly.
I don’t even know where to start - the bag or the color! The Lola is wonderfully structured and a perfect size for day to day life. The Larkspur color is a show stopper! Love this bag and how I can easily accessorize it too!
