Why do you use leather with prominent character marks in the first place?
We only qualify Almost Perfect in terms of cosmetic irregularities that have absolutely no impact on the quality or durability of our products. Rather, we figured that it'd be a shame to waste such beautiful and functional leather, so we decided to sell it at a discounted price.
What type of imperfection will I get with this bag?
Each of our Almost Perfect bags is one of a kind! While we can't say for sure which one you'll receive, some common character marks our customers find are pebbling and color variation, scars and striations, or a stitch out of place. That being said, rest assured that none of these "imperfections" will impact the functionality of the bag in any way!

Love my forest green Madison!

This large Madison is a perfect size for me. I use a utility for the little stuff, two gorditas for more little stuff, and a large bifold wallet or a quesadilla, and still have plenty of room for my Kindle, iPhone, and whatever else I may need. The two front pockets are handy, too, for lists and pens, and other things that need to be especially handy. This is my first look at forest green which is pebbly yet has some structure and I really like it. A beautiful color for fall!

I received my large AP Madison and was a little surprised by the size. I have a difficult time imagining the dimensions with what the bag will actually be. I thought it would be larger. It will probably be a nice large size for most people. However, I can still fit more in my Classic Medium CB (my absolute favorite bag) than I can in Madison! I believe it is because of “the dip” in the middle. The wasted space on the sides that can’t be used is deceiving in the measurement. Again…just my opinion. Love the Sienna color. My AP pebbles are not even, but that is a normal risk with AP (not complaining-but really more of a c-grade bag). Very different design and nice to see PLG going “outside of the box” with new designs. But my true love, so far, is still my Classic Medium CB.

I was watching for the perfect design for me in Chili 🌶️ Red. I purchased the medium Madison. Love the 2 front pockets and the design of the Bag. I purchased the AP but can’t find anything wrong she looks perfect. I had purchased some prior pieces to match.

LOVE this bag- it's small so you'll want a large Madison, which holds about the same as a medium crossbody or regular Lola. It's beautiful and squishy in sienna and holds everything, I love the outside pocket and the chunky handles hold flair really well without it flopping all over the place when you set your bag down. I use a large organizer inside the large Madison.

I’m loving my AP Madison in Coldbrew! I got a large and it’s perfect for my needs! I’m 5’2” and it’s def not too big. I love the front 2 pockets and the one inside. So convenient for my cellphone, makes it easy to grab! I highly recommend this bag!
I was skeptical, it took awhile to buy this one only because I’m a smaller bag kinda girl. I thought this would be too big for me, I’m also only 5’ feet tall. But it’s a great bag, yes bigger than I’m used to but not too big that I won’t use it and not too big for my frame either. I love the pockets on the outside, an easy place to slip my phone. I purchased the medium coldbrew (and I’m already looking to get another color!)
Smaller than expected yet perfect! I am a small bag gal and was very surprised to find that the medium is more on the smaller side, which I absolutely love! And you can’t beat dark brown suede!!

Madison was originally not a bag I considered. I'm so happy I ordered an almost perfect Large Madison in Sienna. The bag I received is very full of texture and character. I love the extra two outer pockets to keep things easy in reach and the one inner pocket. The double strap is a great detail on this bag that adds to it.
