'Almost Perfect' Metro Crossbody

My first metro and I like stamp leather so much I also bought it in butterfly. I bought AP metro, and there’s no double stamping. Leather smells great. Only a few minor scratches it came with it inside but it’s suede so it brushed right off. This purse fit my iPhone and long checkbook wallet nicely with some room for car key, lipstick and hand sanitizer. I highly recommend it.

I love my medium metro in honey! Honey is the perfect leather for this structured bag in my opinion. Holds all my necessities and looks beautiful doing it!

I love my bag. I love the way it looks and how durable it is. It’s really a fanatic bag. The strap is adjustable (and plus size friendly) if you’re someone looking for more comfortable around the chest area. I enjoy wearing cross bodies so this bag was definitely ideal to had to my wardrobe. Also the genuine leather - smells amazing! Ha! 😆

It's the perfect size for everyday use great color

I love this green apple color. It's so vivid. The bag is spacious enough for a celle phone,wallet, keys and lipstick. Just about all a girls need. The quality is great. Love the leather thickness

This is a great midsize purse. Carries all the essentials. This is a Forest Green Mini Metro. My first purse of this size. The leather is stiffer than my other pebbled leathers but still very nice.

I love the texture, color and size of my new purse. I purchased a fun strap, simply because I wanted a little flare and extra width strap. I looked at this purse for a long time, my only regret is that I didn't buy it sooner. My phone and Portland Leather bifold wallet fit snug, along with a few essentials (lipgloss, nail file & pen).

I was looking at bags, spend much to much time doing. Saw the Dakota. It’s So pretty it became a have to have! It’s a mini, so it’s a great bag for going out to dinner, or quick errand . A perfect neutral will go with anything pictured with my very first back pack, arrived the same day. This AP was Perfect!

Love this for daily use and travel. Holds a lot without being heavy or bulky. Perfect size for essentials and then some!

My wife loves this purse, but she says it’s not a ruby red, it’s more of a spicy red. She likes that it is small enough for an evening bag or a cross body bag for a day of antiquing, but big enough to hold a phone, card wallet, and sunglasses. She loves the minimal hardware and adjustable strap.

I have been waiting for Portland Leather to make a red purse & out of all the styles that come in ruby, the medium metro crossbody just looked right. I usually prefer a zippered purse but this one is so cute and the magnets really are strong. It gives very easy access & is a great size to hold what you need without too much weight on your shoulders. I used it at the airport and still felt my purse items were secure. I love it! I have a pair of cowboy boots the same color. Just for reference, I added a picture of the metro next to the poppy purse- very similar in size.

I have always preferred small bags and crossbody styles due to security and keeping my hands free. This is my first PLG purchase (and came on the same day as my daughters cb mini even tho we ordered separate) they surpassed all expectations. The leather smelled so good and sunflower is just gorgeous. Not too yellow & not quite tan. That perfect in between that goes with any season and every outfit. The metro is a perfect balance of soft & squishy but plenty of structure to keep its shape. It holds all the things I normally carry. Small wallet, little zip pouch for gift cards, keys, sanitizer, phone, mini deodorant, lip balm, small case for vitamins, dental picks/floss. I use the inside pocket to keep my smaller items organized and keep my phone in the main area. My kindle with a slim case also fits even with all the other things listed. I was attracted to the metro for its size but I was initially nervous about the magnetic closure, I didn’t want to have to worry about my stuff spilling out all the time. For anyone else concerned-no worries. This magnet is mighty! I have turned it upside down & even shook it and it didn’t budge. Also the way the top flap fits even my little things stayed put. All that being said, somehow it opens nice & easy when u want to get in the bag. If you are on the fence I highly recommend, the metro is such a fun and cute companion, I think with the original strap it would also be classy enough for more formal events.

I love the Metro Mini. I have many of them in a variety of beautiful colors and leathers. Such an easy bag to carry. It’s small but for me it’s perfect! Fits my essentials! Looks classic and fun!

I’ve always been a fan of the smooth, buttery leathers that break in and show patina, but when I saw almond in person in the mini metro, I had to use her right away! She accompanied me and our new boy that we rescued in late February to the vet today. Inside I had a PLG bifold, PLG mini snap wallet, dog meds, keys, phone, lip oil and lip gloss. This little beauty holds far more than you’d think and will be perfect for spring and summer!

I purchased the Medium Metro in Vintage Pink and not only is the color a lovely one, the size is perfect! it fit my large bifold and large pinch pouch for daily use!
