The Leather
Our U.S.-sourced oil tanned leather is incredibly easy to care for. With time and use, the natural oils in the leather will rise to the surface, developing a beautiful patina and smoothing any scuffs or scratches that may have accumulated. Learn more about caring for your new leather product.
Our full-grain leather is the strongest and most durable available, and the unique texture and natural imperfections from the cow’s life have not been sanded, cut or shaved off. Full-grain is SIX times stronger than Buffed, Upholstery or Genuine leather.
Please note that our pebbled leather, like all of our leather, is a natural product. You may notice changes in grain or texture throughout your bag. Other companies artificially press a pebble texture into their leather. However, the pebbling of our leather is achieved naturally through an extra tumbling process which leaves some areas of the hide smoother than others.

The cutest ankle boots for fall. The heel height is perfect and they're super well made and comfortable
I already had a pair of this style in a tawny and wanted a lighter shade too. I like the lighter taupe shade to wear with some pants. It’s more of a brushed leather so I am not sure how well it will do over time/in bad weather.
I love these boots! Yes they are a bit slippery on hard floors but not too bad. Definitely need to go up a half size. I strictly wear a 6 and the 6.5 fit perfect. The first few times wearing them, they felt pretty tight, but the leather eventually stretched to fit perfect. And I don’t have fat feet. Very classy. I like them. They look better in real life than the photo.
I love how they look and how they fit, but I absolutely cannot wear them when it's icy out. I live in the northeast so this is often, unfortunately. No traction.
Pros: real leather, so they will mold to your foot the more you wear them. The elastic gusset and back loop make them easy to get on and off. Very stylish!
Cons: they are sooo slippery! There’s almost no traction on the bottom. I was scared to commute in these- I was afraid I’d slip on the stairs. I ended up buying some stick on non slip grip pads from Amazon and stuck them on the sole of the boots for traction, which worked well. But I wish I didn’t have to modify them.
I also found them to be uncomfortable for the first day I wore them, but by the end of the day they were already stretching to my foot shape, and day 2 was much more comfortable. Just need some time to break them in.
