Why do you use leather with prominent character marks in the first place?
We only qualify Almost Perfect in terms of cosmetic irregularities that have absolutely no impact on the quality or durability of our products. Rather, we figured that it'd be a shame to waste such beautiful and functional leather, so we decided to sell it at a discounted price.
What type of imperfection will I get with this bag?
Each of our Almost Perfect bags is one of a kind! While we can't say for sure which one you'll receive, some common character marks our customers find are pebbling and color variation, scars and striations, or a stitch out of place. That being said, rest assured that none of these "imperfections" will impact the functionality of the bag in any way!

I was a little bit disappointed when I saw the marks on the AP wallets. I know I was expecting a prefect one even though I paid for an AP price. I know I was being greedy. However, after a few uses, I figured out it will be marked more and more over time no matter what. Now I see it as a beauty. I'm sure more and more loving my AP bifold wallet. I will give it 5 stars!

I purchased the large bifold wallet in Plum after studying all the different types of wallets on the Pl website. I am very happy with my choice. The plum color stands out in my purses making it easy to find in a dark leather purse and the plum color is dark enough that it won’t show dirt. This wallet stores all my cards and you can fit multiple cards into each pocket. It’s big enough to hold my dollars and my change is secured with a zipper! Also, the wallet fits in my PL Purses and is not too heavy . Buy it today and it will hold your $ secure for years and only look better with the patina of years use.
