I’m so pleased with this! I was wanting an alternative to my Large Zip Lola for work as she was getting a bit heavy on my shoulder and I was shocked to discover this laptop backpack, despite a very slim profile, was able to hold everything Lola usually carries with a little breathing room to spare. Today she held my laptop, a Utility pouch with electronic accessories, an Alpine pouch with random purse needs, a water bottle, my eyeglasses in a hard case, multiple items in the inside pocket including a minimalist wallet, and multiple items in the outer pocket for easy access like my bus pass, work badge, and phone. Wanted to stick my fortune cookie keychain pouch on a zipper but wasn’t sure I wanted it bouncing around on the inside so I threw it in there too. It didn’t feel overpacked or stretched by any means. I then had to squeeze in a large-ish paperback textbook in there as well (not a normal carry item for me) and I managed to squeeze it all in though I had to reorganize my bag a little for it to fit. The pics are of the backpack totally filled with these extras I don’t normally have so you can see she stretched a bit to accommodate but still looks great. Even more important, still comfortable to carry on my back or just slung over one shoulder (more typical for me). I love this bag! Very glad I got the pebbled black, as I think this is partly why it is lighter and more accommodating, yet not at all flimsy. Recommended!
Love my Laptop tote! I use mine daily to carry my laptop and Home Health Care gear and it never feels heavy or awkward. Cold Brew is such a deep rich color and takes a beating, the leather is tough but so soft. My fabric backpacks always looked dingy and my shoulder always ached by the end of my day not to mention how sloppy they looked. This beauty looks great, carries comfortably, and looks professional, it is everything I hoped it would be and then some
This backpack is absolutely stunning. I purchased for our son's girlfriend as a graduation gift and could not be any happier! She loves pink and this is a gorgeous orchid pink shade-- I love it. And the quality is superior--cannot even figure out what the "almost perfect" flaw even is. Portland Leather is definitely my go to for handbags and the like: customer for life.
I received a coldbrew laptop back that is stunningly beautiful! I already have the tote backpack, so I know that PLG backpacks are very comfortable. Because I wanted the laptop backpack specifically to carry my work computer, I do wish the bag was a bit bigger. My Dell laptop (in a zippered case) fits only if I stretch the opening of the backpack a bit. Once the computer is inside, I have room for exactly one notebook and the power cord. I’d love if the laptop backpack was a smidge larger so it would accommodate my computer more easily as well as a few more books or notebooks. I likely will use this backpack just for going on errands around town instead of for work.
