I had emailed PLG customer service about a sunflower fscb I received that had a small ink mark on it. The graciously sent me a bottle of cleaner as well as a bottle of conditioner. I’ve included before and after pictures. The cleaner removed most of the ink mark to the point that, unless you look closely, you don’t notice the mark at all. The conditioner helped hide the mark even more! Thank you PLG for making a great product and for having an awesome customer service team.

I had a denim mark on the front of my handbag near the P for Portland name was on the bag. I was afraid to put anything on it for it would stain the soft beautiful leather. I bought the leather cleaner for $19.99. Now it looks brand new and took the denim mark off. Very pleased with this company😃. Thank you
