I bought this small Koala sling bag to carry the essentials for quick errands and it is the perfect little bag! Meadow is such a gorgeous print and because it is a stiffer leather, it gives the bag great structure. I also love the longer strap on the small koala that allows me to wear it crossbody as well! I will absolutely be getting more small koalas in the future and would purchase the medium/large ones as well if the straps were just a bit longer on those!

AP Medium Honey Koala Sling

I like this bag for on the go situations where you need a bit more room than a Sidney/Scarlett/belt bag. It’s a magnetic closure instead of a zipper so easy on the hands for quick in and out without irritating your skin. The trade off is that it’s a little less secure than a zipper. I’m happy with the medium size. But, I think a large would have been okay as well, even for someone like myself that’s on the shorter size at 5’3”. Honey is a BEAUTIFUL color and I’m not sure she gets enough love as an old faithful, tried and true, classic neutral.

I love the various wearability options of the large koala. It's spacious without being too large. It is a good alternative to Nora because of the adjustable strap and wider opening. I do think an additional center closure / magnet would be helpful as well as a stitch across the closure flap where it folds over to keep the bag from sagging when it is closed.
Soft and squishy!

I might have a nutmeg problem, haha. This leather is so soft and squishy. This is a great size (large) and I love the way the top folds over and fastens with magnets. Very slouchy and perfect. I like the 2 interior pockets. My pup also fits in this style, so if you have a 5-6 pound dog, the softer leathers work as a sling and hug around your furbaby. :)
Perfect daily bag!

For months I debated on getting a koala bag. What size should I get? Will it sit comfortably as a crossbody? Are the magnets secure enough? Well I decided to try out an AP medium koala in bacalar and it’s fantastic. I paired it with a large seesaw pouch and it has become my go-to daily bag. The medium is deceptively roomy and fits more than my essentials. The magnets are strong and there is no risk of anything tumbling out if I drop the bag. My only drawback with this bag is how short the strap is. For reference I’m usually an XL or XXL in tops and I wear the strap on the longest option and it is pretty snug. For my plus size purse pals this might not work unless you are willing to cut off the strap and replace it with another. As for the color, it’s a bright true green that is delightfully squishy but just firm enough to hold its shape well

I absolutely love my medium Koala. It fits just enough - my wallet, phone, work swipe badge, and a few other little things. The color Meadow is fantastic - I love the leather tooling and the color. Just know the strap is meant to hold the bag no longer than your natural waist - a little hard to wear over a bulky winter coat, but works fine over a light jacket.
Love the koala purse!! I will be ordering the large next. I purchased the medium and perfect for night out.

Love this leather- soft, squishy, hides imperfections and stains...it's an everyday workhorse for getting tossed around my car, the grocery cart, under seats, and in a dusty shop! I picked up a small and it holds the essentials, now I'm plotting my strategy for scoring a deal on a medium because I think it'll still lay close to my body but give me just enough more space to easily tuck my phone in there while holding my keys, lip balm, a stuffed small canoe, and Daisy Plus wallet. This one is my daily favorite!
