Why do you use leather with prominent character marks in the first place?
We only qualify Almost Perfect in terms of cosmetic irregularities that have absolutely no impact on the quality or durability of our products. Rather, we figured that it'd be a shame to waste such beautiful and functional leather, so we decided to sell it at a discounted price.
What type of imperfection will I get with this bag?
Each of our Almost Perfect bags is one of a kind! While we can't say for sure which one you'll receive, some common character marks our customers find are pebbling and color variation, scars and striations, or a stitch out of place. Just what I was looking for!

I absolutely LOVE this purse! I got the Almost Perfect Large (zipper option) Raindrop Crossbody Bag in Sunflower, and could not be happier with everything about it. I did order the extended strap, and I'm glad I did. I'm picky about where I want my purses to hit my side when I'm wearing it as a crossbody, and the extender strap did the trick - it's perfect! I tried some of the other purses similar to this, but I love that this one had a pocket inside, and that the handles are rolled and stitched. It's makes a huge difference in comfort when you're carrying it as a tote. The inside is spacious, but not so big that all my things jumble together - everything fits perfectly for me. You can see a slight mark in the leather (hence the "almost perfect" label), but it only shows in certain light, and does not take away from the purse at all.

Does not look too big on me but is large enough to hold everything I need in my purse (and keeps the "extra" un-necessary stuff out! This is my first rainstorm (large raindrop) loved the style but was waiting for the color I wanted. Beluga is gorgeous a light Grey almost white with blue hue. Perfect size and love the handles, very classy bag.

I absolutely love my Portland Leather Raindrop Crossbody Bag! The quality is incredible—the leather feels durable and beautifully made, yet still soft and lightweight. It’s the perfect everyday bag with just the right amount of space for essentials without feeling bulky.
Shipping was also surprisingly fast, which made the whole experience even better. And for the price, you really can’t beat it—this bag feels like something that should cost much more.

I’m a mini crossbody girl but after getting my first raindrop I fell in love with the handles and started converting over. Normally not a green person but this green seems its like the color Hermes Orange - classic and I was surprised how well it dresses up denim to a LBD. While recent PLG have stamped consistent pebble design, my bag came with variations thankfully so shes a keeper!
Went to the new store in Wesley Chapel and picked up this Raindrop in nutmeg(large). It holds everything I need for the day. The leather is so soft and squishy!!
My daughter's first "real" purse. She picked out something "purse-fect". Pictured is our portland leather haul and what a 14 year old carries in her purse. Ha!
I purchased the large Raindrop in Harbor (gorgeous color!) and I love this bag. Sturdy but elegant handles and my large zip-up Portland leather wallet fits perfectly inside. Plenty of room for items without feeling like a bulky shoulder bag.
