The Devan in large & OS are a really fresh new take on the basic tote bag. If you want a fun new bag that holds all your stuff, get yourself a Devan. I absolutely love the straps & the “pleats” on this bag. It is room, holds all the basics & allows for extreme room to toss a hat, sweater, gloves, book, etc on top.
Perfect for Mom mode

Perfect grab-n-go for Mom mode! I'm honestly not a fan of purses, bags, totes, etc (until I found PLG that is) but I took a chance on a nutmeg OS Devan and now it's my favorite Mom bag. It holds: two XL Make up bags (that are perfect for diapers, wipes, and extra clothes for 2 little boys), wallet, keys, journal, water bottle, snacks, and a few other odds and ends I rotate. The snap is strong and in the perfect spot to allow accessibility without losing anything. It sits on my shoulder so well I forget it. I can shove it back and carry a toddler on the same side. Can not recommend enough.

I am loving my Devan classic bucket tote. It is small but I am able to carry what I need. I got the nutmeg and it so pretty and soft. I wondered how the nutmeg would be on a bag that I prefer some structure on and it turns out the design of the Devan with the side seams and sewn seams around the handles add just enough structure to the softness of the pebbled nutmeg leather. Give it a try, if you think the classic is too small they have two more sizes in the Devan for everyone's taste and needs.

I love the folds on the classic size! And the rolled handles are just perfect in length and feel as a hand or shoulder carry. I had a large in sea glass but had been wanting a classic for a while and finally settled on Cobalt. Such a great color. Overall a fun feminine grab and go bag!

This is my first Devan and I am in love! The first day I took her out I knew I’d be back for more! Beautiful, pebbly goodness! Everything is easily accessible and one strap stays on while I flip the other off my shoulder to rummage through. Not an awkward bag to work with; I’m petite, 5’1 3/4”. Although it provides easy access, my items feel secure while I’m wearing it due to the way it’s designed.

The Devan bucket tote is cute and great for an every day carry. This was my first Devan and I quickly discovered that I prefer the large size but this one does carry a good amount - I'm just in my big bag era. The Cobalt color is a deep, rich jewel toned blue. I find the Cobalt to be a little stiffer than the Bacalar or Sunshine. I'm sure it will soften in time but just know it's not squishy fresh from the box.

I had been looking at the Madrone Devan for a long time trying to decide if I really wanted this color. I love it! It’s a beautiful and rich color. The shape of this tote is very pretty. The inside pocket and the key loop are very useful. In my photo you can see I was able to fit my kindle basic, my iPad, and my small canvas organizer.

One special little bag

This is one special little bag. I had my eye on it for a long time, but never pulled the trigger. Then came the announcement that the classic was being retired and it was immediately hard to find in my choice of color. I was so bummed! imagine. Imagine my surprise when I visited one of PG stores and found this Nutmeg beauty on the clearance shelf. She’s about perfect for me. It is much roomier than you would think with an interior pocket that fits my large promax phone perfectly and a sleeve behind the pocket that holds my passport/journal. If there truly is purse peace the classic Devan comes close!
