Why do you use leather with prominent character marks in the first place?
We only qualify Almost Perfect in terms of cosmetic irregularities that have absolutely no impact on the quality or durability of our products. Rather, we figured that it'd be a shame to waste such beautiful and functional leather, so we decided to sell it at a discounted price.
What type of imperfection will I get with this bag?
Each of our Almost Perfect bags is one of a kind! While we can't say for sure which one you'll receive, some common character marks our customers find are pebbling and color variation, scars and striations, or a stitch out of place. That being said, rest assured that none of these "imperfections" will impact the functionality of the bag in any way!

I have a similar Coach bag that I love & was so excited when PLG came out with the small camera bag in almost the same size! The outside pocket fits my phone and it is small enough to throw in a bigger bag. It's perfect!

I’ve had the mini camera bags and love them but was looking for something bigger. The larger camera bag holds so much! All my necessities with room to spare. Shortbread is a stunning color in person and really shines in the sun (the prettiest sheen). It has flipped on me a few times but only when I’m grabbing it to get out of the car. Once it’s on, it does not flip at all!

Perfect Size for Minimal Carry

I ordered a small camera bag in black as an event/going out purse and quickly realized that it held more than I thought it would and the shape actually made it relatively easy to pack. I didn't originally love the boxy shape but it's grown on me since it's so functional. I don't normally carry a lot day-to-day so I figured the large would work well as an everyday purse. I love Plum so decided it would be a fun color to carry to work. The large camera bag holds a small zip wallet, an ID pouch with my key fob (not PLG), and a mini Luna pouch for keys/lip balm/nail file/etc. I also ordered the penny pouch in Empire to see what it looked like. This would fit in place of the mini Luna, but the mini Luna is easy to leave open and grab my keys one handed. The strap is a bit long; I have it on the shortest hole and it sits pretty low. I could probably add more holes if I really needed to though. Love the style and would order another if there were a color I just had to have!
Love the Toaster!!

This is my first Toaster. I can't tell that I ordered "Almost perfect", I can't find any flaws! It holds all my essentials comfortably. A amall zip wallet, mini daisy wallet, taco tassel pouch, mini dopp keychain etc. No issues with the bag flipping. The interior and exterior pockets are perfect for holding feminine product, pens, notepads, or my phone. I'm 5'1" and I was worried that this bag would hang too low on me but it's perfect! I love how it hugs my hip when I'm walking briskly. Man, the Dakota color is breathtaking! I can't stop raving about it! I hope to get more toasters.
A Pearl Toaster Made for London

The Pearl toaster is beautiful. It has a bit of a shimmer/glow that makes me smile. It is spacious and sturdy. However, a bit on the slouchy side so make sure you zip it when taking photos. I'm currently wearing it while in London and I can fit: my phone (on outside pocket), a cardholder (inside pocket), my fave lipstick, a mini-antibacterial gel, my thin selfie light, a banana, and a small sandwich. I think that covers it. As you can see, it is the perfect size for all things touristing. (P.S. Peep the PLG laceups in bone. 😘)

I bought the Almost Perfect Toaster bag and honestly it's amazing. It has some "imperfections" but that's natural leather. I like that it has enough space and the outside pocket fits my phone. 1000% recommended!

This is so adorable. I wasn’t sure I would like the boxy look but it turns out I do! I find it charming. And it fits a good amount of stuff. I love pebbled leather and got this in the pebbled black! So cute. And it is AP but I see zero flaws!
Hava small camera

The finish on the hava bag is lovely. I feel that the small size was a good choice except I wish my phone fit less snugly in the front pocket. I find myself using this bag on days that I would usually take my lulu belt bag but when I want to dress up my look. The seams on the almost perfect are a little goofy but I’m sure over time with use the bag will settle. There are a few unique character marks that I feel add to the natural beauty of the bag.

This bag is such a great, compact size and carries so comfortably for a lot of walking. I love to wear it while visiting “the big city” and wandering around downtown by foot. Despite the smaller size, it actually can hold a lot! I carry my large glasses case, mini snap bifold wallet, keys and a few other small necessities in my bag. I also love the color and the yummy leather scent! It’s a great style for when you need something lightweight, small and comfortable to wear.
This is a great compact-size cross-body bag. I got this bag in Hava! It is just waiting for a New Year's Eve Celebration!
This camera bag in Coldbrew is small enough to take to stadiums and concert venues, but still fits all my essentials. Love the outer pocket for my phone too. Color goes with anything and is a bit more rugged with the pebbling which is great.

Arrival was quickly. Color was as pictured, very nice quality. This is my 3 pocketbook. Have a wallet, keychain, and eye case. All the items have worn nicely as good leather should. Great price too. Almost perfect is fabulous, I couldn't see wrong. Looking for my next item, cant go wrong.
