This bag is absolutely perfect for me as a toddler and young kid mom. It holds everything I need. I’ve since switched to a smaller wallet so it feel more roomy. When I first opened it, I was a little disappointed in the color. I thought it was slightly darker, more reddish than it appears on the website but it has really grown on me. This is my first ever PLG item and it was a birthday gift to myself. ☺️

Great for travel

I paired this tote with their *small* canvas organizer (link: https://www.portlandleathergoods.com/products/canvas-purse-organizer?variant=40420806590546). The organizer comes in clutch if you're planning to use this as a purse with keys, wallet, charger, chapstick, sunscreen, e-reader, yadda yadda. Used this heavily for the first time on a two week international trip, it was so easy to find everything. I also hid my passport below the organizer. The sturdiness of the leather and the structure made me totally at ease just knocking this thing around. Having the little handles in addition to the cross body came in handy when needing to make small adjustments to its location, e.g under a table, grab from security, under a seat, etc. Matches my aesthetic, like... pnw bourgeois indie casual? Love the pebbled brown, makes me feel like a glamorous archeologist. Anyway, love this bag a LOT.

This bag is really great. With the canvas organizer it Holds 2 pairs of glasses, small billfold, necessary lipstick and hair ties, hand sanitizer and phone with room left over!

In a dreary and frigid winter, this tote is a ray of sunshine. It's the almost perfect size (I would have loved it to be just a skosh bigger). Problem solved - I just switch from my bifold wallet to my quesadilla wallet, and everything fits like a glove. Love. love, love the Mango\ color. Apologies to my neighbor. I was visiting when her new Mango mini crossbody tote arrived. I went home and ordered the exact same tote (sorry Tammy).

I purchased the Mini Crossbody Tote in Nutmeg and received a small canvas organizer for free. I am 5’2”, about 105 lbs, and was concerned it would be too bulky for my frame. It’s just right. This bag holds everything I need, and the canvas organizer is a must as I am a fan of every item having its place. I chose nutmeg because I wanted it to be super soft and conform to my body over time. I prefer the zipper option and am pleased that it functions smoothly. The front outer pocket is great for my phone.
