We only qualify Almost Perfect in terms of cosmetic irregularities that have absolutely no impact on the quality or durability of our products. Rather, we figured that it'd be a shame to waste such beautiful and functional leather, so we decided to sell it at a discounted price.
What type of imperfection will I get with this bag?
Each of our Almost Perfect bags is one of a kind! While we can't say for sure which one you'll receive, some common character marks our customers find are pebbling and color variation, scars and striations, or a stitch out of place. That being said, rest assured that none of these "imperfections" will impact the functionality of the bag in any way!

My E-W Devan is all that I could ask far! I couldn’t find any imperfections in this Almost Perfect bag. Chonky pebbles throughout and squishy enough but with sufficient structure to show off the Devan design. Has character but not anything that looks like a flaw. Love it!

I have 1 classic for an evening out and don't need to carry all the things....but a large is a perfect daily carry size for me. I love the little key holder snap right inside the bag, very convenient and I wish more bags had that as a standard. The OS is also perfect - gives you so much room!

This large Devan in Naples is EVERYTHING! I knew I wanted a yellow bag but I was worried about how floppy it was going to be with it being pebbled. I’m more of a structured, smooth leather girl. This bag is absolute perfection! I live in an area where we’re still getting dumped on with snow and I look at this bag and it’s pure happiness and sunshine! She’s just so beautiful!
