Our oil tanned leather is incredibly easy to care for. With time and use, the natural oils in the leather will rise to the surface, developing a beautiful patina and smoothing any scuffs or scratches that may have accumulated. Learn more about caring for your new leather product.
Our full-grain leather is the strongest and most durable available, and the unique texture and natural imperfections from the cow’s life have not been sanded, cut or shaved off. Full-grain is SIX times stronger than Buffed, Upholstery or Genuine leather.
Please note that our pebbled leather, like all of our leather, is a natural product. You may notice changes in grain or texture throughout your bag. Other companies artificially press a pebble texture into their leather. However, the pebbling of our leather is achieved naturally through an extra tumbling process which leaves some areas of the hide smoother than others.

Just received my Lagoon mini crossbody. The leather has a lot of variations, on one side of the front pocket it is completely smooth. First I didn't like it, but now the more I look at it, I totally fell in love with it. It has a lot of pull-up, and so much character. My E-W Devan is all that I could ask far! I couldn’t find any imperfections in this Almost Perfect bag. Chonky pebbles throughout and squishy enough but with sufficient structure to show off the Devan design. Has character but not anything that looks like a flaw. Love it!

I've had the regular size for a while and found the straps are amazingly comfortable. I waited a long time to get the Large Devan and after getting one, wow! I was blown away! Size is not too big but not too small either. I love the snap closure and the key loop! It is such a beautiful bag! I immediately moved into it so I can take it to work this week!

I may have found my purse peace! The Devan is the perfect size for me: big enough to hold my essentials but not bulky. A canvas organizer fits inside with just a little rounding of the long ends, and the pocket is perfect for my cell phone. Some people have mentioned that the straps slip off the shoulder but I haven't yet had that happen. Nimbus is a beautiful, squishy, neutral gray. I love this bag so much, and am considering buying another in a different color!

Beautiful color...its called vanilla but its the prettiest butter yellow. Beautiful bag and love the wallet as well. Well made and absolutely stunning.
The large Devan is a great size. I had originally tried the classic size and it felt too small. I had to store a of my bigger items vertically as opposed to horizontally which I did not like. The large Devan has fixed that! The Chili Red is a great color. It's pebbled, but still holds its shape well enough to stand up on its own, even when empty. With that, it's easy to get items out of even though it is larger in size. I appreciate the key loop in the bag, as well as the interior pocket. The bag does feel a bit on the heavier side, which does not bother me given its size, but something to consider for those with sensitive shoulders.
This is the cutest bag! I love how well made Portland leather products are in general and this on is just perfect. I got the medium in Red Panda (the most perfect fall color in my opinion) it’s beautiful! It’s a bit more slouchy than I expected it to be but not in a bad way. Perfect for quick store runs or a day of errand with the kids as I can store a bunch of snacks in it. I love that it has a hook to attach my keys and the pocket inside is perfect for my phone and a couple extra small items.
