Our durable leather goods are unlined, featuring the natural suede side of the hide. Because leather is a natural material, slight color and batch variations are normal. Factors like hide age, season, and dye absorption can all affect the final shade, making each piece uniquely yours.

Almost Perfect items can feature more prominent character marks than our Premium line, and/or small stitching variations, showcasing the aesthetic variety of our natural hides and handmade designs.
Why do you use leather with prominent character marks in the first place?
We only qualify Almost Perfect in terms of cosmetic irregularities that have absolutely no impact on the quality or durability of our products. Rather, we figured that it'd be a shame to waste such beautiful and functional leather, so we decided to sell it at a discounted price.
What type of imperfection will I get with this bag?
Each of our Almost Perfect bags is one of a kind! While we can't say for sure which one you'll receive, some common character marks our customers find are pebbling and color variation, scars and striations, or a stitch out of place. That being said, rest assured that none of these "imperfections" will impact the functionality of the bag in any way!
What if I don't love my Almost Perfect bag?
Everything from our Almost Perfect collection (excluding Mystery Box bundles) falls under our usual return policy. For more detailed information, visit our Returns page.
Please note that our pebbled leather, like all of our leather, is a natural product. You may notice changes in grain or texture throughout your bag. Other companies artificially press a pebble texture into their leather. However, the pebbling of our leather is achieved naturally through an extra tumbling process which leaves some areas of the hide smoother than others.

Ok so I have 3 larges now, they are so cute and the perfect weekend carry for me. I have larkspur (very unique leather and I love purple), chocolate brown (surprisingly soft and pliable for a smooth leather) and now Sienna (just had to have one pebbled because that’s my jam). It’s slouchy yes but still super classy in a comfy way. Highly recommend.

After the release of the new Monaco, I missed out on getting the chocolate color…I had to wait patiently for it to come back in stock and had to resist, as hard as it was, buying the Monaco in a different color. I’m so glad I did wait, the leather is just perfect for this bag! It’s such a rich color and goes beautifully with everything! It’s my new favorite bag. Of course now I want the Monaco in every color as the bag shape and size is pure perfection. :) for any crossbody bag lover she is awesome 😎

My nutmeg small Monaco did NOT disappoint! I love changing straps and I wasn’t sure about the flap closure- I’m a koala gal and I like quick access BUT this works just fine! Fits my love bug bug plus, hand sanitizer, my phone, my squeeze glasses case and a small make up bag (can’t remember the name but it looks like a flower! ) I will be looking for more colors!

I love my medium Monaco in Larkspur. It is my first color in this style. I wanted something dark and moody while still being classy. Larkspur does not disappoint!
