We only qualify Almost Perfect in terms of cosmetic irregularities that have absolutely no impact on the quality or durability of our products. Rather, we figured that it'd be a shame to waste such beautiful and functional leather, so we decided to sell it at a discounted price.
What type of imperfection will I get with this bag?
Each of our Almost Perfect bags is one of a kind! While we can't say for sure which one you'll receive, some common character marks our customers find are pebbling and color variation, scars and striations, or a stitch out of place. That being said, rest assured that none of these "imperfections" will impact the functionality of the bag in any way!

Please note that our pebbled leather, like all of our leather, is a natural product. You may notice changes in grain or texture throughout your bag. Other companies artificially press a pebble texture into their leather. However, the pebbling of our leather is achieved naturally through an extra tumbling process which leaves some areas of the hide smoother than others.

I love the large zippered Montana tote so much more than I thought I would. It’s bigger than the large tote, opens up wider than the large tote, and the soft handles flip to the side rather than the stiff brindle handles on the tote bag that get in the way. I got it in coldbrew, and it’s a great addition.

I tried to capture the excitement in pictures. 🤣💕 The leather is soft, amazing pebbles, and phenomenal rich color. I didnt necessarily NEED a tote, but now that I have this Cowboy Blue Montana, I think I need another. I decided to use her as my study bag, so she houses any books I'm currently reading; all of my doo-dads, study stuffs etc are nestled perfectly in a small canvas organizer alongside my books. PERFECT FIT! I cant say enough good about Cowboy Blue, shes just gorgeous.

This is a beautiful bag! I love the coldbrew leather - soft and pliable but still sturdy. This is a great size. Holds almost everything my N/S Lola holds. No outside pocket gives clean lines, and size I use this as a work bag I don't miss it. I love the key loop on the outside for bag flair / keys. Handles are a great length and width. They're perfect for a shoulder carry.

Forest Montana tote

I purchased this bag because I really wanted a bag in forest, and I thought it would be a good substitute for the full size crossbody tote which I love. The leather is beautiful- nice and thick with a good amount of body without being too stiff. The style is cute- with the band and the flair hardware. The size is very close to the size of a FSCB, and the straps are a good length and comfortable. It’s a beautiful bag, but I really miss the outside pocket and the hardware for a crossbody ( I clip my keys to the hardware) that the FSCB tote has.

I love the size and style of the Market Tote. The handles are soft and stay on my shoulders. I use my large organizer and a small eclipse inside. The Pebbled Black is such a classic and I'm sure will only get softer and better with time.

This back is the perfect size tote. I like that I have the option to purchase it with a zipper closure or no closure. I purchased it with no closure this time because I plan to use it as a beach bag and not having a closure will allow more items to fit inside, like beach towels, etc.

Love this bag ! Its my go to work bag. But then if I head out to a restaurant afterwards I feel completely stylish. Not too oversized but so much space! And the Asheville leather is so squishy and supple and plush but strong feeling! So happy I chose to try this tote!
