Almost Perfect items can feature more prominent character marks than our Premium line, and/or small stitching variations, showcasing the aesthetic variety of our natural hides and handmade designs.
Why do you use leather with prominent character marks in the first place?
We only qualify Almost Perfect in terms of cosmetic irregularities that have absolutely no impact on the quality or durability of our products. Rather, we figured that it'd be a shame to waste such beautiful and functional leather, so we decided to sell it at a discounted price.
What type of imperfection will I get with this bag?
Each of our Almost Perfect bags is one of a kind! While we can't say for sure which one you'll receive, some common character marks our customers find are pebbling and color variation, scars and striations, or a stitch out of place. That being said, rest assured that none of these "imperfections" will impact the functionality of the bag in any way!

I was not sure about the mixed textures but I was in love when it arrived! The Coldbrew/Grizzly combo is so classy and beautiful. She holds a lot. My only wish is that the leather cord stayed put a little better.

Casually classy

I wasn't a black nor a bucket purse person, but I decided to try for a black on this one and it did not disappoint. It is quite roomy but not as tall as the large bucket (which is probably too bulky for my small frame). I have a couple of small bucket bags and they're more for light carry, and this Nest is an everyday carry and fits all my daily stuff. And the different textures make it like a "semiformal" version of the bucket bag. I did have to buff it a bit to get rid of the initial color transfer and it's all good now, and I feel like the drawstring isn't as secure as the bucket, but I think it'll cinch better as the leather softens up a bit more. I also have to punch a couple holes to shorten the strap a tad bit because I'm short. Overall, I am enjoying my first black PLG bag and this actually may encourage me to get more black purses, black is hugely underrated, imo.

Absolutely love the leather combo and the style. So much fits in this bag. Wish the strap could be adjusted to be shorter and sometimes the drawstring comes undone on its own, but these weren’t dealbreakers for me. The biggest surprise was the softness of the cognac leather! Waiting for the braided strap to restock, so I can try it as a shoulder bag.

The nest bucket is a great size for using daily. The multi-finish panels give it a classy look so you can dress it up or keep it casual. I got the chili red/ruby shade and it is beautiful!
