Why do you use leather with prominent character marks in the first place?
We only qualify Almost Perfect in terms of cosmetic irregularities that have absolutely no impact on the quality or durability of our products. Rather, we figured that it'd be a shame to waste such beautiful and functional leather, so we decided to sell it at a discounted price.
What type of imperfection will I get with this bag?
Each of our Almost Perfect bags is one of a kind! While we can't say for sure which one you'll receive, some common character marks our customers find are pebbling and color variation, scars and striations, or a stitch out of place. That being said, rest assured that none of these "imperfections" will impact the functionality of the bag in any way!
What if I don't love my Almost Perfect bag?
Everything from our Almost Perfect collection (excluding Mystery Box bundles) falls under our usual return policy. For more detailed information, visit our Returns page.
Please note that our pebbled leather, like all of our leather, is a natural product. You may notice changes in grain or texture throughout your bag. Other companies artificially press a pebble texture into their leather. However, the pebbling of our leather is achieved naturally through an extra tumbling process which leaves some areas of the hide smoother than others.

I was not interested in this bag at all, even after seeing it in person. But I saw a photo of Cobalt and decided to take a chance. So glad I did, because WOW!! The leather is thick, beautifully striated and pebbled. The shape is so boho but classy at the same time. I don’t love the exposed suede in the strap but love how comfortable it is on my shoulder. I hope to get more colors!

I may have found purse peace with my medium Asheville Rowan! She’s a comfy carry, fits everything I need and looks fabulous! I need her to be made in an olive color please!
