The Leather
Our U.S.-sourced oil tanned leather is incredibly easy to care for. With time and use, the natural oils in the leather will rise to the surface, developing a beautiful patina and smoothing any scuffs or scratches that may have accumulated. Learn more about caring for your new leather product.
Our full-grain leather is the strongest and most durable available, and the unique texture and natural imperfections from the cow’s life have not been sanded, cut or shaved off. Full-grain is SIX times stronger than Buffed, Upholstery or Genuine leather.
Please note that our pebbled leather, like all of our leather, is a natural product. You may notice changes in grain or texture throughout your bag. Other companies artificially press a pebble texture into their leather. However, the pebbling of our leather is achieved naturally through an extra tumbling process which leaves some areas of the hide smoother than others.

Loving the tote backpack in coldbrew! Comfortable to wear, spacious interior and the coldbrew leather is pebbly, thick and beautiful. Happy with my purchase!
I hesitated on the first round of the plum backpacks but jumped on it the second time. The backpack tote is the perfect size for an everyday bag. I’m not able to carry anything on one shoulder anymore without great pain so the tote backpack is perfect. The leather is amazingly soft and very durable. You can’t go wrong with this bag no matter the color you choose.
The tote backpack is my #1 favorite bag to carry. I’ve had nearly all the colors but usually gravitate to the browns. I was on a PLG bag site and saw it was available in the Plum and thought I would give it try. I was not expecting it to be such a great color or leather ! It’s light, squishy, pebbly, beautiful! and the perfect shade for this season. I gave it 4 instead of 5 start for the zipper looking a little wonky. Other than that, it’s perfect!
Tote backpacks are one of my favorites styles from PLG. This Plum color is amazing and so soft! Highly recommended!
I love it! I ordered the tote backpack in nutmeg and I love the smell and the squishy pebbles in the leather. I already have my eyes on a cold brew next.
