I love the Canyon leather, I know it will get more character as time goes by. I’m petite & the purse is larger than I carry on a daily basis, but I think it will be fabulous during vacation for all the extras!
After several attempts, I was able to successfully score a Hawkeye Satchel in Dakota. I can wait to carry it with my brown Shyanne cowboy boots at HLSR.
I had a handmade leather bag with the same satchel style many years ago. I loved her well. This beautiful brushed satchel is by far a beautiful replacement. The color will be my Fall, Winter, Spring option. The length of the strap is plenty with room to spare on my 5’9” frame. You can’t beat that leather smell.
I was on the fence with this bag and I’m glad I bought it! The leather is thick and really well put together. The strap is also a little thicker than the typical crossbody. The deep size is a great movie theater hideaway. I snuck my medium McDonald’s drink in it.
I bought this bag just to have something in Dakota, even though I wasn’t sure how I felt about the style. Well… it’s my new favorite bag! The texture of Dakota is deliciously soft and beautiful. The bag fits a surprising amount of things. I love how it fits and feels on me, and it has a good range of length options on the adjustable strap. I can’t wait to see how my Dakota wears over time!
The Hawkeye Satchel is really nice. It’s roomier than I thought it would be. Really love the Dakota color, it looks great with this bag style though it was a tough choice between this and the black color. Love it!
