The Sally Sling bag looks nothing like the photos online or even the ones shown in the reviews. It does not look or feel real, cheaply made. The zipper doesn’t function properly and won’t go around the corner, which makes it frustrating to use. The exterior looks vinyl backed with a woven fabric, which adds to the low-quality feel. I also purchased another item that was okay, but overall, this experience has been disappointing. For the price, it’s simply not worth it. I will be returning the Sally Sling bag and won’t be purchasing from Portland Leather again.

I am in love with my Sally Sling in Plum! I was looking for a bag for daily use and this one had everything on my list. It’s roomy but not bulky, my wallet, keys, phone, and pouch for essentials all fit perfectly. It’s hands free, it’s the perfect every day style for running errands and doing all the things, but it’s stylish! The Plum is the perfect neutral, it goes with everything in my wardrobe. My other PLH bags are in Honey, which I love, but I wanted to switch it up while also staying neutral as that’s my favorite palette. Plum is it! Soooo classy. As always with any PLG product the quality of the material is amazing. And she smells so beautiful! My ONLY negative comment is, when I’m wearing her, I have a hard time seeing inside my bag when I open it up, it fits very close to the body and the shape of it makes it hard to see everything when you open it. But this is not a big deal just slightly annoying. I love all my PLG bags!

I’d always wanted to be a PLG bag holder but none ever felt quite right until Sally came along. And gosh, Asheville is such a perfect color for it! Sally fits all my daily belongings and then some! My cat loves the bag too!
