Our Full-Grain Leather
Our oil tanned leather is incredibly easy to care for. With time and use, the natural oils in the leather will rise to the surface, developing a beautiful patina and smoothing any scuffs or scratches that may have accumulated. Learn more about caring for your new leather product.
Our full-grain leather is the strongest and most durable available, and the unique texture and natural imperfections from the cow’s life have not been sanded, cut or shaved off. Full-grain is SIX times stronger than Buffed, Upholstery or Genuine leather.
Please note that our pebbled leather, like all of our leather, is a natural product. You may notice changes in grain or texture throughout your bag. Other companies artificially press a pebble texture into their leather. However, the pebbling of our leather is achieved naturally through an extra tumbling process which leaves some areas of the hide smoother than others.

Just received my Lagoon mini crossbody. The leather has a lot of variations, on one side of the front pocket it is completely smooth. First I didn't like it, but now the more I look at it, I totally fell in love with it. It has a lot of pull-up, and so much character. I would probably only buy Almost Perfect, as these bags are so unique! Lagoon is my favorite leather, so squishy!

The size is a perfect width to hold my MacBook Pro 16” laptop in its sleeve plus carry all my essentials (sticks out the top about 2 inches which is fine). It has a structured professional look, and I prefer the handles over the crossbody strap but options are always good. I’ve pretty much only purchased AP items and have been very pleased with the quality. I love cognac and its rich color!!
You can improve on perfection!

I have been a Lola lover since they first launched and I had no complaints, I completely loved the size. My regular Lola held all that I carried daily but if I wanted to take a book or my iPad, the fit was tight. When the east/west size launched I had my hopes on one color and one color only…Vintage Pink! And believe me, the color is even prettier in person! Soft and squishy and just lovely! The east/west Lola holds all I carry and more. My usual littles are a trifold wallet, a sidekick, a utility, a large Luna pouch and a penny pouch. I could add more if I wanted and that flexibility is wonderful. The straps are at the perfect length - and I have linebacker arms - but the bag fits against my body safely and comfortably. I am in love with this style and I think I need more colors….pebbled black and cinnamon bear! Will it replace your briefcase/work bag, maybe not but it’s perfection as my every day purse/bag carry!

I was so happy (and relieved) that my large Lola aqua tote was flawless. Just so gorgeous. Same with the second aqua I bought. Perfection. When PLG does it right, you can't beat them. I like that my laptop fits in the tote really easily. I feel lucky because there is definitely a quality control issue with these bags. I can't lie about that. But all of mine have been gorgeous and perfect. I am not going to break my aquas out til after the holidays (am carrying Anjou and Sangria over these holidays) but it's stunning. Just stunning. I might be bringing it to Maui at the end of January.

I am so in love with my FSCBs that I was worried LL wouldn’t meet my expectations but I was wrong!! She’s enough structured for my work bag. I throw books, littles and my laptop in there. She is sturdy and beautiful and others have commented on how lovely she is! Here she is ‘on the job’.

I have so many bags but wanted something with structure that looked classy and not like a rubber tote I have. I wanted something to carry journaling stuff, maybe a laptop or tablet, and could put my small handbag inside of so I could have everything with me when I head out. Storm is such a beautiful grey with blue undertones and looks great with anything! I haven’t had it for very long but I love it!
I bought this in the color cold brew, so far it’s my favorite! I love the smell of this genuine leather bag! This crossbody was a bit big, however, I removed the strap and use it as a purse. The organizer is definitely needed to keep your things organized!
The large Lola is the perfect work bag! Dakota is a year round color and I get so many compliments!
This bag is nicer than some big name brands that cost a lot more. From their brand story on how they source their leather to the color choices to the quality, this is a great bag. The color Surf is my fav!
I think I’m in house. The nutmeg leather is so soft and beautiful. And this Lola is just the right size. Love the zipper and the leather smell was perfect. Every thing about this bag is special. The size and color. You can’t go wrong A total 5.0
