Why do you use leather with prominent character marks in the first place?
We only qualify Almost Perfect in terms of cosmetic irregularities that have absolutely no impact on the quality or durability of our products. Rather, we figured that it'd be a shame to waste such beautiful and functional leather, so we decided to sell it at a discounted price.
What type of imperfection will I get with this bag?
Each of our Almost Perfect bags is one of a kind! While we can't say for sure which one you'll receive, some common character marks our customers find are pebbling and color variation, scars and striations, or a stitch out of place. That being said, rest assured that none of these "imperfections" will impact the functionality of the bag in any way!

Glacial Blue is such a great pastel blue. My first time getting a Passport wristlet but I can’t wait to use it as an everyday wristlet to hold some basics for running errands.
More Versatile Than I Thought

Everyone who needs to see a passport asks you to take it out of the book style cases. When I saw this style, I figured the wrist strap would be helpful when I'm in line with a bunch of luggage, trying to keep my passport available. It works well for that. The aqua color also matches the backpack I like to use for travel. The only issue I had was that it was a little tight. I wedged in two passports for a few days and the leather adapted. It's perfect now. That said, I'm seeing that the wristlet can be used more often. It's like a little wallet, practical those times when I want a minimum to carry. The strap snaps off, so it's small enough to slip in a pocket. I can also latch it inside of a bag or on a belt with a carabiner clip. It could probably also stretch enough to fit a very small cellphone. exp., something 3 x 5" or smaller (index card size).

This is my first time seeing boreal in person. This passport wristlet and color choice is nicer than I envisioned. It feels and smells like high end quality leather. I am completely happy with my choice and look forward to more PLG boreal purchases.
I would never guess this was an AP product. I love that it has the wristlet strap. I am excited to use it as a small wristlet when it is not being used for travel. Will hold cash as well as a few cards and can easily be slipped in and out of a larger bag.
