Why do you use leather with prominent character marks in the first place?
We only qualify Almost Perfect in terms of cosmetic irregularities that have absolutely no impact on the quality or durability of our products. Rather, we figured that it'd be a shame to waste such beautiful and functional leather, so we decided to sell it at a discounted price.
What type of imperfection will I get with this bag?
Each of our Almost Perfect bags is one of a kind! While we can't say for sure which one you'll receive, some common character marks our customers find are pebbling and color variation, scars and striations, or a stitch out of place. That being said, rest assured that none of these "imperfections" will impact the functionality of the bag in any way!

I love this tote! It is a beautiful color and it’s soft and smells amazing. I like the snap closure, and the interior pocket. I also love the size. I got the medium and it’s a great in-between size. I love that it’s not too deep. The color of mine is night owl. Sometimes it looks nearly black, and other times it looks dark navy. I love that it appears to change hues depending on the lighting.

The color of this bag is gorgeous. I was afraid it would be too big but I prefer it over the medium. I often carry a book or tablet with me and those wouldn't fit in the medium with my regular littles. The large fits everything comfortably plus room for a scarf or sweater on top! Plus the large interior pocket makes grabbing my phone quick and easy. It's a great bag!

It's roomy & more oversized & perfect for my needs when I need a larger carry. (I don't like cramming things in my purse with little room after that.) The key loop & interior pocket are all I need for some organization. I usually throw in a few littles & still have room for a sweater or scarf. (I'm a mom of 3, so I usually carry things for them as well.) The snap magnet is strong too! This tote doesn't need a zipper in my opinion! I can see myself collecting this style in many colors! PLG nailed it once again!

I wanted to get a shoulder bag that would hold "all the things" that I carry everyday plus in a color that I could use all year round. The Nutmeg Verona checks all the boxes!! I purchased the large Verona and it is the perfect size for my work bag. It fits my 13-in laptop along with several other work essentials that I need to tote around during the day. I purchased it in the color mango. The leather is very firm and smooth, so it holds its shape very well.

I got three large Veronas and kept one. AP Nutmeg is gorgeous but it seemed a bit too puddly for this design, Night Owl is sophisticated and just the right amount of slouch. But the winner for me is Mango because it really showcases the sleek lines of the design.
