Our durable leather goods are unlined, featuring the natural suede side of the hide. Because leather is a natural material, slight color and batch variations are normal. Factors like hide age, season, and dye absorption can all affect the final shade, making each piece uniquely yours.
Our leather is incredibly easy to care for. With time and use, the natural oils in the leather will rise to the surface, developing a beautiful patina and smoothing any scuffs or scratches that may have accumulated. Learn more about caring for your new leather product.
Full Grain: Meticulously sourced from the finest hides, this premium material boasts unique textures and character, showcasing nature's artistry at its best. As time passes, watch as its surface develops a unique patina, telling your personal journey through the years. Unlike processed leathers, full grain leather stands the test of time, due to its unmatched strength and resilience. Its dense fibers offer exceptional resistance to wear, cuts, and moisture, our full grain leather ensures lasting beauty that only gets better with age.
Top Grain: Top-grain starts from the same premium zone of the hide but is lightly sanded and finished for a more uniform surface. That light correction softens and evens the face while keeping most of the strength you want. Takes pigment and protective finishes beautifully, which helps with colorfastness and stain resistance. Ages gracefully, especially when we keep the finish thin enough to let the leather breathe and break in.
We use top-grain when a smoother cosmetic is the goal—think color consistency across large panels—without walking away from the core strength you expect from a Portland bag.
Pebbled: Unlike most brands that use artificial stamping methods to create patterns, our pebbled leather is achieved through a natural tumbling process. The distinctive raised, pebble-shaped texture adds sophistication and makes a bold statement wherever you go. But it's not just about looks—pebbled leather is built to last. Worried about daily wear and tear? Don’t be! The unique pebbled surface ages gracefully, developing a natural patina that will evolve for years to come!
Suede: Our suede leather begins with an intricate process: the hide is split to separate the soft underside from the top layer. This top layer is then tanned, buffed, sanded, and dyed to create the signature velvety texture that defines high-quality suede. Naturally slouchy and pliable, suede leather ages gracefully, developing a rich patina that tells its own story over time. Most natural imperfections are gently smoothed away during production, while subtle traces—like healed veining and the soft, napped surface—are preserved to celebrate the leather’s unique character and charm.
Because leather is a natural material, slight color and batch variations are normal. Factors like hide age, season, and dye absorption can all affect the final shade—making each piece uniquely yours.

Peacock is amazing!
by: Amelia R.
This pouch is so beautiful! It looks and feels amazing. It is a great size to fit my inhaler, pill box and eye drops with room to spare. It has changed the organization game in my bags. Plus, it makes it so easy to throw them in another bag for a quick bag change.
Great products and great prices!

The totes and crossbody bags are gorgeous. The styling is very chic and un-fussy. Quality is excellent and the leather smells amazing. The smaller pieces are super cute and versatile. Overall I’m a fan!

Beautiful and useful!
by: Pauline K.
I originally got it for the color. Hadn’t gotten this color before and I wanted to make sure I liked it before I got a bag in the same color. A nice size for earbuds, chargers, medicine, etc. You can never have enough littles!!
Cute purse accessory!
by: Janell R.
The Taco Tassel pouch is a lovely way to keep small essentials together in my large bags and totes. So fun to collect in multiple colors, too!
Love the taco tassel pouch!

My peacock taco tassel is beautiful and versatile. I can carry it with a couple cards, a key, and a lip gloss in a pinch and it's also a perfect everyday purse companion. And it's a great gift item too!
Taco addiction
by: Kelly R.
I love all my taco treasures! Had to replace one after the granddaughter visited.
Tiny footprint, big capacity!
by: Lauren B.
I love the taco pouch! It is so versatile and surprisingly spacious. It holds a ton and the pouch opens up wide for easy access to its contents. They fit nicely in your hand and the tassel is not only super cute - it’s functional! The taco pouch a great bag companion or solo act. I use one in the bottom of my circle bag to maximize the interior space and another to move between my totes. I gave a few to my teen and pre-teen daughters and they use them to store jewelry and other treasures. The taco pouch is my favorite PLG little!

Yep, I love TACOS!!!
by: Christina S.
I love these little tacos and have started to collect them. Smaller than the eclipse but still capable of holding a decent amount. I tend toward neutral colors for my bags, so these add a pop of color. I have a lavender one on the way!
Sweet little bag

Fit easily in most bags, holds just enough and the tassel adds flair enough to be fun. And who doesn't love satsuma?!
