This is my first Lola, and my first "anything" in aqua. I am in love times two! I really like the sturdy base and overall structure of the Lola bag. Another plus for me is that the option to remove/add the strap occurs outside of the purse - no fussing around the zipper to get the strap on or off, as I sometimes do with my mini CBs. The Lola is a bit more dressy in style in my opinion compared to the mini CB. It's also a little bit more spacious. While I have several mini CBs, I can see another Lola in a neutral color (Grizzly or Cognac perhaps?) in my future! For those thinking about the Aqua color - it's stunning. Its appearance changes in various lighting, and it reminds me of Larimar.

After eyeing PLG for about two years, I finally committed and purchased my first PLG bag — the lovely Lola in the color honey. The combination of simplicity of the structure and beautiful leather of this bag truly make it stunning! The quality of the bag revivals that of much costlier lux designer bags. I chose the Lola over the other PLG styles because of the size. I’m petite at 5’2” and 110lbs so most bags overwhelm my size but the Lola is perfect for me. Big enough to hold all my daily essentials without looking too large. Don’t hesitate on this bag, just buy it!

I love my Lola in the color Grizzly. It’s really stunning in person. The color is so rich and deep dark chocolate. I’m 5’1 and the size is perfect. It’s a little larger than my mini crossbody (included a pic of both for size comparison) and it fits comfortably when I wear it because it hugs my hip, due to the shape. The only thing it needs is a key loop somewhere but other than that it’s perfection. My phone *can* fit in the front pocket but it sticks out a bit and takes away from the beauty of the bag so I just throw it inside. I can’t recommend this bad enough. It’s truly gorgeous in person. Swoon!

Zippered Lola in pebbled black is so soft! It has beautiful pebbles, resists scratching and is one of my favorite styles. It’s perfect for an everyday carry bag! It has lots of room but it’s not too large or heavy. I’ve been gifting PLG bags to my daughters and daughter-in- law and this is what they just sent me for my birthday surprise!
